Before your property goes live it is measured, photographed, filmed and drawn to a standard no regular estate agent applies, and presented in the detail a supercar buyer expects before committing to a viewing.
Everything that follows is built from that.
SUPERCAR LIVING

Ground clearance at the entrance. Gradient on the approach. Door widths with the mirrors out. Turning circle in the courtyard. Ceiling height for a lift. Surface and camber on the roads out.
All of it measured and recorded before your property goes live, alongside every room and every floor.
How it works
Valuation
Free, written, and yours to keep whether you instruct us or not.
Instruction
A listing fee covers the survey, the photography, the film, the floor plans and the book.
Completion
Our fee is one percent of the sale price, less the listing fee already paid.
REACH
Seen where the buyers already are.
Your property runs on the major portals, as you would expect. It also runs somewhere no other agent can place it.
We work with a network of specialist supercar dealers, linking to them and them to us, so your property reaches people already spending serious money on cars.
Alongside that, car focused creators on YouTube feature Supercar Living properties on their second channels, in front of audiences no property portal reaches.

Measurement
Every standard property measurement, taken properly and recorded in full. Room by room, floor by floor.
The Supercar Record
What no other agent thinks to record. The roads around the property and how they change through the year. Access to the property and through it. The drive, the turning circle, the storage, the cleaning bay, the workshop.
Photography
The house photographed properly, and the automotive spaces photographed with the same care as the reception rooms.
Film
Ground and aerial film of the property, its approach and its setting.
Floor plans
Measured and drawn, including the garage and workshop space.
The book
A coffee table book built from all of it, plus anything you want included. Two copies, yours to keep.
THE COFFEE TABLE BOOK
The one thing that outlasts the sale.
Everything gathered becomes a coffee table book. The property, its history, and whatever else you want in it.
Two copies are produced. One stays with you. One passes to the buyer on completion, so the record of the house continues with the house.
