Site assessment
Our surveyors visit the site, understand the collection, and establish what is structurally and practically possible. Nothing is proposed before the site has been seen.

Design proposal
Drawn plans, material specifications, and a fixed project cost. No estimates. No provisional sums. A clear figure you can commit to with confidence.

Project management
We appoint, brief, and oversee every contractor on your behalf. You have one point of contact throughout. The contractors work to us. We are accountable to you.

Handover
At handover, the space is complete. No snagging lists. No returning contractors. Finished, to the standard agreed, and not a day later than committed.
