About
We built it because we needed it.
Our mission
We could not find it for our own houses.
Every property listing tells you about the kitchen. None of them tell you whether the car reaches the door. Not the gradient on the approach, not the camber of the road outside, not the width of the entrance, not the height of the doors.
We went looking for that information as buyers, and then again as sellers. It is not recorded anywhere. Not on the portals, not by the agents, not by anyone. If we cannot find it for our own houses, nobody is finding it for theirs.
So we record it. Every property we market is measured for the things that decide whether a supercar owner can live there.
The founder

Craig Kinnersley
There's more to cars than driving them. Although driving is, without question, when I feel most content.
My father spent his entire career in the motor trade, eventually running the sales operation at what was then the UK's largest independent Renault dealer. Cars were simply part of everyday life. Buying them, selling them, fixing them, breaking down in them, watching Formula 1 on Sundays.
The first car I bought was an Alfa GTV. Beautiful, and not without its moments.
I was actually meant to buy a Lotus Elise. The deal was done in principle. The problem was the driveway...
The camber of the road combined with the slope of the drive meant the nose would scrape the path every single time I parked.
This was somewhere around 2001, and that was the quiet beginning of Supercar Living.
Supercar Living
Actual, lived experience
Twenty five years and more than forty cars later, the pattern became impossible to ignore.
Houses bought because access was viable. Houses rejected because it simply was not worth the stress. Driveways measured by eye on a first viewing because no listing was ever going to tell me. Deals walked away from over a camber.
None of it appeared in a single property advert. Not once, in twenty five years.
It takes actually owning these cars to understand why this exists. Everything a supercar owner needs to know about a house before they buy it, recorded properly, by someone who has had to find it out the hard way.
